Overview
This two-day tour with an expert guide brings you into the heart of the beautiful Sahara Desert! On the first day, you'll visit the village of Ait-Ben-Haddou. On the second day, you'll admire the sunrise over the dunes and enjoy breakfast in Zagora's camps.Day 1 l Marrakech-Ait-Ben-Haddou-Ouarzazate-Draa Valley-Zagora-DunesThe tour departs from Marrakech at 7.00am. You'll cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass and stop to explore the village of Ait-Ben-Haddou. Head to Ouarzazate for lunch next to the famous Kasbah of Taourirt. Then travel to the south through Draa Valley, and enjoy a camel trek during the beautiful Saharan sunset. To end your first day, get to the camp, enjoy dinner and stay overnight in the tents.Day 2 l Zagora-Dunes-Agdz-High Atlas-Tichka-Desert-MarrakechYour second day starts early to see the sunrise over the dunes. The breakfast will be in Zagora's camps, then you'll ride the camels back to meet your driver. On the way back to Marrakech you will pass via Ouarzazate. Get free time for lunch at a local restaurant before continuing via the Atlas Mountains to Marrakech.
