Overview
Minneriya National Park is situated in the North central province of Sri Lanka. It was originally declared as a wildlife sanctuary to protect the Minneriya tank and the wildlife of the surrounding area. A large number of elephants gather during the dry season around the grass fields of the reservoir to drink water. You will have your lunch and start the safari which will take approximately 3 hours. After the safari, you will return to the hotel.
