Overview
Enjoy a half-day Hanthana tea plantations tour in Kandy. The tour starts with a pick-up from your hotel to go to Hanthana Mountain. Once you arrive, you will visit the Ceylon Tea Museum, which is formerly known as Hanthana Tea Factory. There, you can see various exhibits on tea pioneers, including James Tailor and Thomas Lipton. After learning more in-depth about the history of tea and the process of making tea, you will continue to the Hanthana tea plantations. After the tour ends, you will be dropped off back at your hotel.
