Overview
Learn how to cook the traditional Cretan dishes with this cooking class! You'll first enjoy a 30-minute tour of the museum of rural history and folk craft in the Arolithos Traditional Cretan Village.Then, you'll learn all about the Cretan cuisine and prepare your own food which whill include: stuffed vine leaves, stuffed vegetables, pork with wine sauce, lamb with green beans, traditional Cretan ntakos, tzatziki and sarikopites, and coiled cheese pies.After, you'll enjoy a traditional lunch with the dishes you prepared and taste some local wine.Afterwards, you can sit down to enjoy the dishes you have prepared with local wine and mineral water. Participants will also receive a cooking certification document, which has been authorized by the Arolithos Traditional Cretan Village.
