Overview
Expand your horizons as you travel outside the city of Dublin and discover more of Ireland and its unforgettable countryside. You'll hop in your rental car and set out to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Newgrange where you'll admire stunning views, tuck into a delicious meal and explore one of the biggest castles that the country has to offer.You'll pick up your rental car and hit the road to Newgrange where you'll discover the Hill of Tara which is the ancient seat of Irish Kings. From here, you'll be able to admire the magnificent views of the surrounding landscape and enjoy a stunning walk. Then it's time to drive to Trim where you'll tuck into a tasty two-course lunch at Jules Restaurant in Trim Castle Hotel before heading to Trim Castle. You'll feel like you've stepped back in time as you enjoy a fascinating tour of one of Ireland's biggest castles. Then, it's time to make your way back to the city and on the way, you'll have time to make a final stop at the gorgeous Phoenix Park which will be the perfect end to your day in the country.
