Sit back in the lounge area and let them tell you the secrets of the truffle, from ecosystem to excavation method.After a bit of theory, it's time for practice! Head over to a landscaped area of the park, where you can observe the work of Julio or Elfe, their dogs trained in truffle hunting. Trust their senses and watch them dig up the black gold of the Dukes of Burgundy!
