Meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel. Please leave your pick-up details at check-out. Please note: if your hotel is located downtown or any location that the local operator can't reach, you will need to go to one of the following meeting points: CANCUN: In front of the lobby at Oasis Smart on Tulum Avenue. PLAYA DEL CARMEN: Coco Bongo (Calle 12 Norte, esquina con Av. 10 Norte, Col. Centro, Gonzalo Guerrero, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Messico). IMPORTANT: The hotel pick-up service is not available in Tulum. If you want to get there on your own, please contact the local operator for assistance. Another option would be to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco Bongo which is the closest meeting point.
