Overview
You will discover interesting historic places, but also taste a traditional home cooked lunch, the best for you to enjoy the history and culture of Egypt!
The legendary pyramids of Saqqara, including the famous step pyramid will be your first stop of the tour, where you will learn all about the history of the place. You will then immerse yourself in ancient history with a visit to Memphis, the ancient capital of lower Egypt and the old Kingdom of Egypt. El Ezba, an ancient rural village will amaze you with its stunning nature and pure fresh air among the green fields. Upon arriving at the village, a typical Egyptian musical band will welcome you at the gate. There you will receive a presentation by the chief of the local rural restaurant supported by the translation of your guide and afterwards go for a little tour of the village, before enjoying the most delicious and famous local food. The lunch will include bread of the village, falafel, egyptian salad, perennial rice, moussaka (eggplant at Egyptian style), stuffed grape leaves, mulukhiyah, kebab halla, eeteer Meshaltet (Eastern sweet).
