Overview
Join a skipper training on the Scharmützelsee from Bad Saarow to better understand and practice the maneuvers under motor and sail. Yacht sailing is really fun when all the procedures are in place and the skipper can instruct their crew. A maximum of four people will take part in the training, so there is enough time for practice and questions.Get to know the yacht during a briefing - this will be important during the sailing trip! Then travel by motor onto the lake and start with the sailing maneuvers - tack and jibe.After the lunch break at anchor, you'll start the training under motor allowing the mooring and casting off to be practiced.Itinerary:
- Detailed briefing on board below and on deck (1,5h)
- Training of tacking and jibing as well as the safety course (2h)
- Stopping under engine, turning on the spot and reversing (0,5h)
- Anchoring during lunch break (1h)
- Mooring and casting off (2h)
- Practice of positive communication (clear commands by avoiding negation)
