Overview
After one hour driving from Athens, you will reach the Corinth Canal, where you can enjoy the awe-inspiring view. After that, next stop will be Stymfalia Lake. You will observe closely the ancient remaining of this city, the beauty of the nature and the wildlife of this lake. You will also visit the famous Enviroment Museum.As soon as you leave Stymfalia lake, you will head to Feneos village. Feneos is a traditional Greek village next to the beautiful lake Doxa. You will walk through this village and visit the archeological museum, which exposes findings of the ancient settlement. After your visit at the museum, you will reach Doxa Lake, a unique landscape with a fairy tale lake in the middle of the wild forest. At the heart of the lake on a small peninsula features a small orthodox church of Agios Fanourios. You will have free time to enjoy walking and exploring the wildlife around the lake.After the stop to the lake, you will drive to the medieval church of Saint George and admire the lake from the hill.
