Many conductors followed one another at the head of the choir, including Raffaele Santoli, Giovanni Baravelli, Vittore Veneziani, Adone Zecchi, Fulvio Angius, Bruno Zagni.
Since 1976 the choir has been directed by Pier Paolo Scattolin, who is in charge of the artistic direction of all the activities. Since 2012 he has been collaborating with Maurizio Guernieri.
Over the years the repertoire has expanded to twentieth-century and contemporary music and a choral-symphonic repertoire has been performed continuously (Mozart's Requiem and Kroenungmesse, Haendel's Anthems, Vivaldi's Glory, Orff's Carmina Burana, etc.) and chamber music .
The choir has given concerts in Italy and abroad for important musical associations in chamber music seasons, international festivals and in programming of theater institutions and universities; he made engravings concerning the most significant part of his repertoire; there are also some "early" performances in the modern era of nineteenth-century and contemporary Renaissance music.
At the Euridice choir a course for choir directors is established on behalf of the Regional Department of Professional Training in collaboration with the A.E.R.C.O. (Emilian Romagnola Cori Association) of which it has been a member since 1978.
