Overview
If you're a fan of spice, you'll enjoy it as this journey takes you on this journey starting from Khari Baoli, the biggest spice markets in Asia. There, you can interact with locals and purchase so many different spices including those that are a staple in Indian cuisine. Once you're happy with your purchase, you will visit a traditional Indian household to cook a local meal with the spices that you got. Together with the local's expertise and guidance, you will learn how to cook a good Indian dish and finally having a meal with them before your tour ends.
