Overview
Sachsenhausen is a symbol of the Nazi era, the ideology, and the plight of millions of victims-Jews, Rom, homosexuals, Slavs, and others. Just 30 kilometers from Berlin, it represents the place where some of the darkest moments in history took place. At least 30.000 people were murdered in the camp, most of them were Soviet POWs. Today the former Nazi concentration camp is a museum and a memorial site.During this tour, you will have the opportunity to hear the stories of horrific pseudo-medical experiments, death marches, cruel winter appeals and more.
