Overview
Live a fantastic experience in the heart of the Food Valley. You will start from your hotel in Parma, where you will be picked up, then you will head to a factory where one of Italy's most beloved delicacies is produced: prosciutto di Parma. At the end of the tour, you will even try some ham with a glass of Malvasia wine!This worldwide-known ham requires a rather complex production process. Visit the factory to discover the history of this delicious product made from the meat of native cows, fed with local fodder and cereals. Learn all the processing phases by exploring the different areas of the factory, including the rooms used for salting and maturing the ham.
