Overview
Today, you have an exciting day ahead. You will be picked up and driven to the fabulous hill station of Panchgani. Panch means five in Hindi and the hill station is aptly named as it’s surrounded by five hills. The town of Panchgani also beckons trekkers as many trekking trails lead from here. Besides natural beauty, grand Raj era bungalows as well as Parsi bungalows give the place an old world charm. Take in the beautiful views and enjoy some souvenir shopping at the local markets. Also, indulge in a bit of historical sightseeing at the Pratapgarh Fort. This fort was an erstwhile Maratha stronghold and commands sweeping views of the countryside all around. This is not all. You will also go on a farm tour and witness some interesting steps that go into preparing jams.
