Overview
Built 100 years ago, the Panama Canal has transformed global trade and has brought the world closer allowing an easier flow of goods and people. At the Miraflores center, Museum, theater and locks, you’ll be able to connect with the history and people who contributed to its construction and the countries that took the initiative to make the canal a reality. Then, you'll head to Casco Antiguo, this historic district named a World Heritage Site in 1997 by UNESCO, adds up to the Canal’s history.
