And experts will be on hand to help you pair your dishes with your wines.The fun starts the moment you set foot inside Punta Venado, just outside Playa del Carmen. You'll be treated to a welcome cocktail and get to take part in a wine aroma identification game. We rev it up a notch with cocktail mixology class. Next, come the first nibbles with a trio of Maya appetisers followed a traditional caldo de piedra soup. All paired with wine.And we haven't even got going yet. Your first main will be Spanish-themed. The second main is influenced by Middle East and African cuisines. Both paired. And what better way to digest your dinner than a tequila and mescal tasting. Rounding off the evening is the dessert. All in all, a great mix of gastronomy, storytelling, hands-on participation.
