Overview
Take part in this tour exploring the rural heartland of Bali.Your tour begins by picking up from your accommodation in Bali. First you will visit Jatiluwih, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and there you can admire a unique view of 600 hectares of rice fields. The contours of terraced land against the background of the spellbinding Mount Batukaru and Mount Agung, are one of a kind. They use the traditional Balinese irrigation known as Subak, Bali's community-based water control management system. Next you will make a stop at Pura Luhur Batukau temple. This temple is located between the dense jungles near the top of the Gunung Batukaru, the second-largest mountain in Bali. The temple complex encloses many shrines surrounded by steaming mountain paths and a large rectangular lake with a shrine in the middle.After that you will be taken back to your accommodation.
