Overview
Discover the Maison Boizel as well as the different stages of the champagne-making process, starting with a tour of the cellar with its oak barrels and the impressive "Cuverie" (vat room), with its huge stainless steel vats.The experience then continues with the visit of the historical cellars, listed as UNESCO World Heritage, where the Boizel family treasure hides, holding bottles dating from the founding of the House in 1834!Finally, taste two of the house's great cuvées: the Brut Réserve, true ambassador of Boizel all around the world; and the Grand Vintage 2013, a great vintage year in Champagne, rich in aromas with a silky elegance.
