As a professional dancer, she has overcome several injuries and returned to performing after each one. She knows just how powerful passion can be in living a fulfilling life.
For the last 10 years, she has used this mindset with her clients in the fitness industry, assisting them in overcoming various injuries and other physical challenges. Through their work with her, Wendy’s clients gain a deeper physical and emotional awareness, a stronger connection to their bodies, and in turn, a new way of looking at life. She helps people realize that setbacks are not the end of the world. Injuries, hard times, struggles, can all be our biggest teachers.
Since earning her life coach certification, she has shifted her focus from personal training to creating a much more in depth fitness coaching practice.
Our bodies hold much more wisdom than we know. Weight loss is about more than simply burning calories. Rehabilitating an injury is about more than "fixing" the broken part. Wendy's approach looks at the whole picture. You'll feel better and stronger yes, but you'll also learn about yourself in the process.
