Born in 2005, Pink Floyd Legend is recognized as the Italian group capable of making the best tribute to Pink Floyd music in every show. This is thanks to the creation of perfect shows, the result of in-depth study of the scores and live concerts that the British band has proposed over the years. The staging of all the shows, as in the real Pink Floyd concerts, in addition to the videos of the time projected on the large circular screen, makes use of an incredible light design and surprising scenographic effects that manage to recreate that sense of total spectacle which allows the public to really experience an unforgettable "Floyd Experience".
From Atom Heart Mother, the famous suite for orchestra and choir, which from 2012 to today, at every performance, has realized the "sold out" (like at the Teatro Olimpico and at the Auditorium della Conciliazione in Rome), at THE Italian tour DARK SIDE OF THE MOON, together with the extraordinary Durga Mc Broom (vocalist of Pink Floyd from 1987 for the first time on a stage with an Italian band), until, in 2015, they add an important piece to their biography thanks to the execution full world premiere of the album THE FINAL CUT, on the occasion of the celebrations for the 70th anniversary of the landing at Anzio, with the presence of the same Roger Waters.
The 2016 tour was characterized by concerts / events, in places of absolute prestige, with the participation of over 15,000 paying spectators who witnessed the new staging of THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON and Atom Heart Mother (with a new Orchestra, a chorus of 140 elements in the magnificent Sferisterio of Macerata - the historic headquarters of the world opera) and the unreleased LIVE AT POMPEII which has taken life again in the Festival "Il Mito e il Sogno", in the first edition of the summer show of the Roman Theater of Ostia Ancient, also recording here sold out with a final standing ovation. On November 19th, Rome became the stage for the first big day / event dedicated to the music of Pink Floyd, when the Legend offered a very special show, retracing the entire career of British training, with exceptional guests including Carlo Massarini who has did the honors, catapulting the audience back in time through stories and anecdotes. Finally, in March 2017, the 40-year celebration of ANIMALS, staged in Rome at the Auditorium Conciliazione, confirmed the band's success with yet another sold out. On this occasion, special guest of the evening was the journalist Andrea Scanzi, one of the greatest connoisseurs and fans of Pink Floyd, who told the genesis of the album and the anecdotes and peculiarities that characterized it.
In the "Summertour 2017" the Legend have recorded, once again, a great success with the "sold out" at the Blubar Festival in Francavilla al Mare (Ch), at the Roman Theater of Ferento (Vt) at the Ostia Antica Festival in Rome and Villa Adele in Anzio. On this occasion they presented for the first time the special project "Roger Waters Night", a great tribute to the bassist and the memory of his father, the British officer Eric Fletcher Waters, who lost his life in Anzio. On November 25th 2017 they performed in Rome, at Conciliazione, yet another sold out on the occasion of the second edition of the "Pink Floyd Legend Day", performing together with three "special guests": percussionist Gary Wallis and vocalists Claudia Fontaine and Durga Mc Broom, who joined Pink Floyd on the tour of "The Division Bell".
On 26 February 2018, the prestigious Teatro degli Arcimboldi in Milan, full of places, welcomed the revival of the epic ATOM HEART MOTHER suite with great enthusiasm. The 2018 continues in the sign of the Cow: the PFLs are in fact the first band in the world to bring the 1970 masterpiece on tour with the help of choir and orchestra. The arenas and amphitheaters of Anzio, Ferento, Pescara, Verona, again the Sferisterio of Macerata, the castle of Santa Severa and the Augusteo theater of Naples are filled once again in every order of places for what has now become the Event for excellence in the field of pink floyd.
