Born in Sapporo in Japan.
From a very young age she dedicated herself to music, performing an intense concert activity as a pianist in Japan, Germany, Austria and Mexico.
Azusa Kubo later dedicated herself to singing, obtaining in a short time flattering artistic successes and was the winner of prestigious lyric competitions in 1999 and 2001.
In 2001 she won the scholarship of the Hokkaido Arts Foundation to deepen his singing studies in Italy studying first in Rome and then at the A. Boito Music Conservatory in Parma, where she graduated in singing with the top marks.
Since 2006 Azusa Kubo has collaborated with the Chorus of the Teatro Regio di Parma directed by Maestro Martino Faggiani, covering with merit numerous roles of billboard in the seasons of the same Theater.
Since 2010 she ranks first in the audition for the Chorus Artist and begins the collaboration with the Chorus of Arena di Verona Foundation directed by Maestro Giovanni Andreoli and later with Maestro Armando Tasso Chorus of the Teatro Regio di Torino directed by Maestro Claudio Fenoglio, with the Chorus of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna directed by Maestro Lorenzo Fratini.
From 2011 Azusa Kubo ranks first in the Audition for Chorus Artist and he also starts working with the Chorus of Teatro alla Scala directed by Maestro Bruno Casoni. In 2014 she won the international competition for artist of the Choir of Teatro alla Scala.
At the same time Azusa Kubo carries out an intense solo activity in Northern Italy, alternating with ease the repertoire opera to the sacred and lieder.
