Riccardo Fassi was born in Milano where he began studying singing with M° Gianluca Valenti and M° Stefano Giannini.
In 2014 he performed the first role: “Masetto” in Don Giovanni by W. A. Mozart directed by Graham Vick, then “Papageno” in The Magic Flute by W. A. Mozart at the Royal Opera House of Muscat in Oman.
Most recently he performed as “Figaro” in Le Nozze di Figaro in the Auditorium de Tenerife and the Teatro Comunale in Bologna and as “Pistola” in Falstaff by G. Verdi at the Weiner Staatsoper directed by David McVicar and conducted by Zubin Metha.
In January 2017 he performed the title role in “Don Giovanni” at the Theater Basel directed by Richard Jones.
At the beginning of 2018 he sang "Oroveso" in Norma at Teatro Carlo Felice in Genova; and again “Figaro” in Le Nozze di Figaro at Teatro Filarmonico in Verona and made his debut as “Basilio” in Il Barbiere di Siviglia at the Opera of Las Palmas.
In late 2018 he played "Goffredo" in Il Pirata by V. Bellini at Teatro alla Scala.
In October he played "Figaro" in Le nozze di Figaro at Wiener Staatsoper.
In 2019 he sang as "Colline" in La Bohème in Klagenfurt, as "Balthazar" in La favorite at Teatro Massino in Palermo, then "il Conte Rodolfo" in La Sonnambula at teatro Regio in Turin and at the Opera of Las Palmas.
Soon he'll debut at "Ferrando" in Il trovatore at Arena di Verona, as "Polibio" at Rossini Opera Festival and he will return on "Don Giovanni" at Teatro dell'opera di Roma.
Riccardo Fassi is majoring in Vocal Chamber Music at the Conservatory “G. Verdi” of Milan, and he is studying opera singing with M° Gianluca Valenti and M° Stefano Giannini.
