Overview
Explore Rome on your own by bike and combine your cycling adventure with a unique experience at the Catacombs!This tour will take you far below Rome's busy streets and towering monuments to the concealed, underground area of this ancient city. Your experience will begin from Venice Square, next to the town hall where you'll collect your e-bike to reach the ancient Roman catacombs. The staff will provide you with a City app audio guide that will introduce you to the venue and the Appian Way.Find out how the catacombs were created in the second century in response to a shortage of land for the deceased’s remains and get ready to have your assumptions about Rome turned upside down on this incredibly unique journey of discovery. The itinerary will also include some uncommon, mysterious and outlandish sites of the Eternal City.
